Blue Jay Skyscraper - Reflections of the Wild - 16" Canvas Print

A little about this piece

This evocative piece from the Reflections of the Wild series draws inspiration from the natural patterns of the Blue Jay's feathers, whose sharp, scaled markings mirror the repetitive windows of towering skyscrapers. The silhouette captures the seamless connection between nature's design and urban geometry. The cool tones of the glass high-rises reflect the sleek, calculated symmetry found in both bird and building, a visual echo that inspired this creative union. Set against a deep, moody background, the piece invites viewers to see the parallels between the natural world and human innovation, making it an ideal choice for lovers of art that blurs boundaries and invites introspection. • 1.25″ (3.18 cm) thick poly-cotton blend canvas • Canvas fabric weight: 10.15 +/- 0.74 oz./yd.² (344 g/m² +/- 25g/m²) • Fade-resistant • Hand-stretched over solid wood stretcher bars • Mounting brackets included To continue offering original bird decor, we make each piece to order.
